Your responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to business stakeholders, including analyzing, drafting, and reviewing IT contracts
- Lead and participate in legal and commercial client negotiations
- Adhere internal deal governance procedures
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and procedures
- Consult on general IT industry specifics.
Our requirements
- Master`s degree in Law, obtained in France is a preference
- Fluency in both French and English language
- At least 4 years of experience working with various business units across the corporate structure on a regional and global scale
- Understanding of the major contractual and commercial elements of an IT contract
- Strong legal and commercial reasoning capacity, as well as teamwork abilities and commitment.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
UnitedLex is looking for qualified candidate for the remote position of Legal Counsel with French to be part of the legal team supporting transactions for the French speaking countries in Europe. The primary role of the legal adviser in this position will be to provide advice on a variety of legal topics in the IT industry within a multinational team working with highly qualified lawyers and commercial professionals using new disruptive legal technology.
