Your responsibilities
- Cooperation with main, local (Poland&EMEA) business stakeholders, ensuring that the required materials and services are in accordance with the business needs.
- Trends and supply market up-to-date analysis for assigned areas, recognizing the possible innovations and ensuring the high quality of supply base selection for RFI/RFP
- Guide the sourcing process for relevant areas concerning the expenses, including: management proposals, development of recommendations, final contract negotiations, creating and execution of supplier transition planning.
- Identification, guidance, facilitation and execution of expenses reduction projects resulting in sot savings in each business area;
- Ensure compliance to all Ingram Micro policies and exhibit excellent work ethics behavior.
Our requirements
- University degree.
- Fluency in English.
- 2-3 years sourcing experience (Indirect / Direct categories).
- Experienced and demonstrating high level of cost reduction process knowledge, recognition of the improvement programs value.
- Project management & negotiation experience.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Experience and skills in stakeholder and supplier communication management
- Well organized and concrete work acitivites planning, as well and ability to act under limited supervision;
- A moderate to complex level of financial analysis knowledge.
- A moderate to complex level of knowledge in:
- Spreadsheets - Excel - writing macros, developing formulas, using functions such as pivot and lookup tables
- Database - MS Access - multi-table queries, report generation, macros, forms
- Word Processing - MS Word
- A moderate to complex level of financial analysis knowledge.

About the role
Senior Sourcing Specialist is a crucial part of Global Sourcing Team in EMEA. The main responsibility is to provide day-to-day sourcing movements and business-oriented purchasing activities, which will ensure the most prominent Global Sourcing performance. The advanced knowledge of general sourcing process and methodology, including usage of accessible e-sourcing tools, will be required, such as requirements documentation, analysis and negotiation performance and conduct of communication with stakeholders and suppliers.
